WHAT APPRENTICESHIPS ARE AVAILABLE?
Explore each apprenticeship programme available to M&B colleagues:
TO BE ELIGIBLE, YOU MUST
- Not be enrolled in any form of education
- Work a minimum of 16 hours a week
- Have been an M&B employee for over 3 months
- Have lived within the EU/UK for 3 years or more
- Not have an active disciplinary

Your nomination will be approved within 48hrs and you will then receive an activation email from ‘Aptem’ to complete your pre-enrolment activities
Following completion of pre-enrolment you will be contacted by a Lifetime advisor to arrange your ‘Meet the Coach’ session
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR THE LEVEL 3 QUALIFICATIONS?
Good News! To be eligible for AMP you must be:
- A Shift Supervisor, Kitchen Team Leader or Sous Chef
- Have completed your Team Leader Development on Mable
- In the Potential Zone
- An AM or KM of the future!
