Not be enrolled in any form of education
Work a minimum of 16 hours a week
Have been an M&B employee for over 3 months
Have lived within the EU/UK for 3 years or more
Not have an active disciplinary

Your nomination will be approved within 48hrs and you will then receive an activation email from ‘Aptem’ to complete your pre-enrolment activities

Following completion of pre-enrolment you will be contacted by a Lifetime advisor to arrange your ‘Meet the Coach’ session

A Shift Supervisor, Kitchen Team Leader or Sous Chef
Have completed your Team Leader Development on Mable
